"The Nightmare" by Willow & becca

Somewhere in the world
There is an innocent child
Who'll hop and skip and play
And study a bug awhile

She'll ride her bike and then
She'll maybe jump some rope
Then she'll climb a tree
Her life's so full of hope

She doesn't even know
Her life's about to change
She has no idea at all
That anything is strange

Tonight she'll go to bed
And just like she always does
She'll be sure to say a prayer
To God in heaven above

Then she'll go to sleep
To dream a child's dream
And that's when he will come
And he'll tell her not to scream

Then he'll steal her innocence
Touching her that way
And she will not understand
The words she'll hear him say

What she will understand
Deep within her soul
Is the dirt she'll feel inside
As she wishes he would go

But he will not be finished yet
For her soul he will destroy
As he uses and abuses her
Like some sick disgusting toy

When it's over she'll be broken
With no strength left to be scared
He'll tell her it's their secret
And he'll tell her that he cares

He'll tell her to tell no one
About their special time together
And inside somehow she'll know
That her heart will bleed forever

Her life will never be the same
With her heart so full of sorrow
And deep inside she'll know
He'll be back again tomorrow

Thus will begin the nightmare
She'll live for all her life
And the pain within her heart
Will cut just like a knife

She will think she is bad
And she'll know it is her fault
She'll know she mustn't tell
A soul of this assault

She'll know he'll come again
On nights of many other days
But even if he never returned
The scar was already made

And forever she'll look back
And wish she could forget
The day she lost her youth
For the memory will be death

She'll hate herself and him
And those who did not help
She'll wish that she could die
For living in pain is hell
